FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I renew my membership online?

A:  To renew your membership online, you’ll need a Canadian Chopin Society account. 

 

If you already have an account, sign in at www.canadianchopinsociety.ca/become-a-member and follow the instructions. 

 

If you don’t have an account, follow the steps below:

 

  • Go to www.canadianchopinsociety.ca/renew

  • Click “Sign up” to create a Canadian Chopin Society account

  • Enter your first name, last name, email, and a secure password

  • Select a membership (Under 30, Basic, or Supporting)

  • Enter your payment information (credit card or PayPal)

 

Once your payment has been accepted, your membership will be active, and you will receive all the associated benefits. Your membership will be valid until 365 days after the date of purchase. You will receive a reminder to renew before it expires. 

 

In the future, when renewing, sign in using the account you have created. Your account will also give you access to members only areas of the website.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A: You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my payment?
A: If you are paying online you will receive an email confirmation once you complete payment. A tax receipt from the Canadian Chopin Society will be issued for the applicable tax year. Please contact info@canadianchopinsociety with any further questions

Q: When does my membership expire?
A: Your membership expires 365 days from the date of your last payment.

Q: Can I pay for my membership by cheque?
